Bugs, Bugs is a story about bugs that take on human characteristics. They explain how they are alike. Letter Bb is introduced within the context of the story. The children learn about the characteristics of bugs through reading the story.

Reading - The stories are repetitive enough to allow kindergarten and preschool children to read them on their own after they have been introduced as a shared reading experience. This serves as a powerful method for young children to not only gain a better understanding of the reading process but also gaining a positive attitude towards it by having them experience reading the story on their own (pretend reading) and the pride of completing the book (interactive component).
